Is there a weird I lost 2 inches on my penis?

Ok so Im 22 and for the past 2-3 years I have been feeling depress and tired everyday and my i have a low sex drive. My penis size use to be 6'0 but when I bought some condoms I noticed that my size changed a lot. Now im 4' and I have no idea why. Should I go to the doctor and talk to them about this?
