There are a few of these "world penis" charts and maps online that started going viral some years back, but they're not legitimate. The North Korea point discredits them right away, but there is also other dubious stuff, like how some similar countries that are right next to each other, and/or that have shared ancestries and other shared physical traits... supposedly have significantly different penises from each other. xD The "data" of these popular world charts and maps also don't come from credible scientific sources like peer-reviewed urology journals.

The average around the world is 5-6 inches for all men. The abstracts/summaries of real urology and university studies in South Korea and China show that the averages there are in this 5-6 range too, just like it is for other races:

I personally feel this is legitimate.. at least when it comes to certain countries like India. Maybe there are outliers but with such a populated country and most of them not having access to rich food and healthu habit, I feel this is right.

I seriously didn't knew Indian males have just 4 inch penis. I mean its not even average. I learned that 5.5-6 inch is average penis size. 4 inch is not good!

As I said we have a huge population. Only about close to 40% are healthy while the others have evolved in a bad way due to bad habits like smoking , drinking , unhealthy life style. The average here is 12-13cms which is pretty much considered good. U can even take the ancient books it would still say the same. And that's why we invented various sex positions in Kamasutra. Of course we do have men with good sizes but majority of them lie in the 4 - 4.5inches.
