My hands are the exact length of my hand from the bottom of the palm to the tip of my middle finger, which is about 7 inches, and its just a coincidence. There really isn't any truth to this, although someone may have small hands because of a growth disorder, which could potentially lead to smaller, errr genitals. This is a rare case though, and I assure you there is very little truth here.
