Generally yes, but there are times a woman can be horny & have trouble getting wet if her mind's distracted by other things or stressed, etc. I'm just putting this out there 'cause I don't want guys to think if a girl isn't getting wet fast that she isn't into or attracted to you. If you're attempting to have sex & this happens then slow down & concentrate on four play on her & getting her really relaxed then her excitement (& wetness) should start building.

No, it's not always true. Wetness can depend on other factors such as the stage of her menstrual cycle (more discharge may be produced during ovulation) and how hydrated her body is.So you can't always conclude that if a girl is wetter than she was at another time, she is also hornier or more aroused. But it IS true that as a girl becomes more turned on, she will usually get wetter.

depends, sometimes its  another factor, like climate, she's flustered or embarrassed. like sometimes if I'm really happy and I'm laughing a lot I get sort of wet. but generally that is an indicator that she is turned on (not necessarily horny tho, that is a state of mind)

Yes it is true. The more aroused a female is the wetter her vagina would become. Also if she is ovulating then the wetness would be more than average depending on how her body is made up then she would be hornier than usual then too.
