Most guys are quiet during sex. That doesn't mean they don't like it. If you ever listen to ANYONE having sex, even if you look at porn, you don't heare PEOPLE having sex, you hear WOMEN having sex. Women are vocal during sex, men aren't. That doesn't mean we don't still enjoy it as much as someone who IS vocal. (there are some guys, but not many out there who are vocal during sex).
I'm pretty sure you can't change it. You could talk to him about it and ask him to be more vocal, but why would you want him to force it? Then it would be like he was faking it, lol.
If you're trying to find a way to make him feel so good that he moans or something... I don't know if that's gonna happen no matter how good you are... I know that even my most intense orgasms have been mostly silent... I mean there's some heavy breathing and occasionally some grunting but I've never really moaned or screamed or anything...
