You're not necessarily a bad person, but two wrongs don't make a right. What she said was very mean, disrespectful, and unacceptable. But physical aggression is a different story, and while some girls actually enjoy that type of thing, it's not something you should EVER do without getting her permission first. I know you already said you wouldn't actually do it, but I suggest that you find a more peaceful way to solve the conflict.

Depends on the girl. Some girls would like that you were being aggressive & taking control, me included. But some women would not like that. Also, make sure you don't go overboard & stop when the girl says so.

It COULD be extremely difficult or even impossible, depending on the strength of the girl and the strength of the guy. My boyfriend is a lot stronger than I am and I wouldn't be able to push him out unless he let me, and I'm sure that would frequently be the case. I think the fact that men rape and abuse women more often probably has a lot to do with the typical strength difference. So girls definitely could get hurt in this situation. I'm sure it's happened before (and probably to some guys as well).

I think a guy could tell you were pushing him back & move on his own. Unless a guy is trying to kill you, if he realizes you are choking, he will most likely let you catch a breath when you push him back. But regardless, having a guy be agressive & shove his penis down my throat with great force really turns me on!
