Kicked in the nuts - Pain/Sterility?

He left the door open and my dog ran off, and denied it when I accused him. In anger I used a move I learnt at a class teaching women to fight men once, and kneed him between the legs. Although I didn't use much strength, it seemed to hurt him badly. I know it is a sensitive area, but he was really pushing my buttons and I was in a bad mood. Could I have made him sterile? He doubled up on the ground and had to be rushed to the ER, crying. And why are hits to the testicles so painful?

Apparently the impact was so hard that one of his testicles ruptured. The doctors said he'll still be able to have kids with the remaining one which is great news for him. He is still really upset about it and won't speak to me though..

An update on what is happening, my brother got a silicone nut inserted into him or something, and has completed his therapy and forgiven me for kicking him there! Also, he is slowly regaining his confidence and is making a steady recovery. Thank you all for your comments, this event has changed things between us largely.

Update: Forgot to include this, but for those of you who were so mad at me, he is trying to get financial compensation from me years later now, because he has some health problems that is affecting his marriage.

7 24A knee in the balls is very painful. Testicles have lots of nerves and are extremely sensitive. I was crying and a 10 yr old boy just because my speedo trunks were really hurting me there. They were too tight! Also I've been in agony after my sister kicked me really hard in the balls. It felt like she split them up. It also hurts to walk sometimes for no reason because my balls bang on my leg.

I don't know. He's still in the hospital. Yes, it went up into his stomach.
One of his testes got itself trapped against his pelvis, and he had to have it removed. Luckily for him they inserted a silicone nut in it's place, and he can still have children! He has made a full recovery and forgiven me
