Masturbation is normal and sexy. It's not gross; holding in sexual tension and never releasing will probably make a lot of guys like assholes. Plus its a good way of learning how to last longer which is sexy. And telling a girl your with that you touched yourself thinking about her is HOT and makes us feel sexy. Especially if your both at home and can't see each other. You can do it together than it becomes some real fun.

No. Masturbation is completely normal and natural. There is nothing wrong with it, and is actually quite good for you (emotionally).
Masturbation often relieve stress, and can also help you get to sleep. Most of the world's population either masturbates regularly or has at least tried it before, and if they had done it correctly, most likely enjoyed it.
Masturbation for me would not be a turn off, the only thing about masturbation that could possibly be a turn off, would be the stuff he masturbates to (i.e. if he watched like child porn, or REAL gang bangs and rapes, or animal molestation).
