Not really, and not at all unless the person hugging me is squeezing ridiculously hard. A typical tight hug doesn't hurt mine at all. Being punched in the boobs certainly does hurt [my friends and I used to think it was funny to do this to each other, lol], but I wouldn't compare it to getting hit in the balls. I've seen guys double over and nearly be sick. Nothing that intense happens with a punch to the t*ts, except maybe some bruising, and I've been hit pretty hard. We were ruthless toward each other, haha.

Even getting punched in the boob doesn't hurt as much as a kick in the nuts (I'd imagine), because boobs have a lot less nerves and pain receptors in them. Titty twisters can be bad though :o

Yes. Every woman is born with the same amount of nerves in their chest. Bigger boobs mean that the nerves are more widly spread, resulting in less sensitivity.
The sensitivity of the boob is also proportional to the size of the boob. Smaller boobs are waaaaay more sensitive.
