I've heard about kegels, which are exercises for the girls vagina muscles. You can contract them, which makes it tighter down there if I'm correct? I know I can do this as I sort of squeeze my partners d*** while he is inside me. Are most guys aware of this? And does it feel good for a girl to squeeze her vagina during sex? Can there be too much squeezing that it becomes uncomfortable? Hopefully I've made sense, its something iv discovered and am now intrigued about :)

Most guys will say that Kegels is for old men who have prostrate problems. However detailed study will reveal that it could be helpful to young guys as well as girls. During sex if the girl squeezes her vagina it gives the guy a pleasurable sensation, as if he was f**king a tight virgin girl. Too much squeezing is not uncomfortable and I have yet to meet a girl who has complete mastery of those muscles.
