Liposuction or no liposuction?

I a 34DD and considering getting a boob reduction because apparently big boobs are not attractive and I plan on going to an a cup but only problem is that I am an hour glass so to go down would be dramatic so I would be a pear shape but not balanced so I was thinking maybe getting liposuction on my hips butt and thighs to even it out.Should I or keep the dramatic pear shape?I'm an hourglass now but I'd be a pear shape so lipo or not?

I agree! I'm a 32DD-E and whenever I mention that I don't like having big breasts guys/girls think I'm "trolling." No - the fact is that a lot of people diss girls with large boobs. We aren't taken seriously and are constantly torn down (especially by small breasted women).

If you are worried about "sagging", my advice is to always wear bras. Contrary to popular opinion - bras keep your breasts firm and "up". I wear a bra ALL the time, even when I sleep. Gotta admit, it keeps them pretty perky. LOL

I think the only reason you should change your body is if its giving you health problems - you sound perfectly proportioned. Even then, don't go smaller than a C. Screw what other people think, but I'm sure you're a babe ;)

i don't get it! I have 36DD-36E and all I hear is how big boobs are gross how more than a handful is a waste, how girls with small breasts are better...how big breasts make you look slutty how big breasts are gonna be all saggy one day...then when you ask a question like this they go "ooooh nooo don't do it big boobs are great!" people are so stupid! I'm thinking of getting lipo too along with breast reduction. I'm also pear shape, but don't want to look that way if I have smaller boobs. I say go for the lipo if it makes you more comfy. just do REALLY good dr research! NO BARGAIN SHOPPING!

You don't need to be so extreme. You can go down to a C, which seems to be the preferred cup for most men. I would get the reduction for health reasons, because big breasts do hurt your back, but I'd only go down to a C.

Well miss. Some guys like different things. Some guys like big breasts and some guys don't. Also, if you do look like a hourglass, that's not bad at all. I really think you should just be comfortable with your body how it is (in other words, no liposuction). Personally, you seem like a woman that I would be incredibly attracted too. However, if you want to undergo surgery that is your choice. It's telling you to love yourself and accept your own body. Your only reason for going through with this SURGERY is for acceptance. That's the wrong reason to do anything, never mind something potentially life-threatening.

If you are planning on going down to an A cup, then considering most girls with A cups are thin or petite, you may want to consider "thinning" everything else out, but if you like the pear shape then go for it. It's up to you not us.

I'm an F, and I've spoken to a few doctors and the very lowest they'll take me down to is a D.

Don't. Big Boobs are attractive! Whoever told you they aren't is lying or jealous or both. It's like a guy having a large penis and saying "Oh no.. it's too big, let me snip off a little". If it's causing you back pain or any other health issues then by all means, get the reduction, but if it's merely because people say they're unattractive, I strongly suggest you reconsider.

Why don't you throw on a bikini and take a pic of your body without your face and post it. It'll be easier for us to give you an idea of whether the lipo makes sense or not.
