What's the longest time you've gone without jacking off (guys) or jilling off (girls)? This time duration also includes sexual interactions with others.My longest time is 5 days and it's been tough to maintain. I had surgery down there and masturbation will ruin the stitches.

In my adult life I think its about 2 weeks. Back when I was a teen, I was jacking off a lot, at least once a day, maybe more. I also wasn't using the best lube. The skin on my penis started getting irritated so I hate to stop for a while. It was tough and I remember my penis almost being painful and my balls would hurt because I was in so much need of a release.

Other than that, I think I've gone about a 5-7 days, before I can't take it anymore. I've tried to train myself to go about a week but I can't do it consistently. I just give in to my sexual urges or at the very least, my boardom gets the best of me.

Typically I'll only go about 2-3 days at most without masturbating. Typically those 3 days spans are when I've been a bit more sexually active and my penis starts to have weaker orgasms and I have a harder time feeling the sensation. I'll give myself a few days off to get some feeling back.

3 months. The most difficult is the the second weeka. The first week is obvious with the compulsion whereas the second week is more sneaky and you find yourself so horny from nowhere and at a very vunerable time. After that it is about keeping myself busy as not to have time to masturbate

Just over 2 weeks. I went to visit part of my family in Russia for 2 weeks. I just did not feel comfortable jerking off in someone else's home. One month max, with all the stress accumulated from daily life. Maybe at least one per month. If you are a guy and intending to "sauce" it all over on your partner, recommended to masturbate less.
