If you are like me, you search constantly to improve performance in all aspects of your life. Physically, mentally, and yes sexually. These three exercises are the exercises I have found (through personal experience and research) to be the most effective.
1- Jelqing
Jelqing has been the cornerstone of almost every mans routine to improve perform and size. If done correctly (and safely, with proper form, pressure, and warmup) this can yield massive results to size and strength of erections. In my two years of jelqing regularly I have gone from an average 5.4 inches to a comfortably above average 7.3, which has done wonders for my confidence. The thickness has increased as well though I cannot accurately judge by how much as I have not kept regular measurement.
2 - Kegels
Kegels are primarily an endurance exercise used to make you last longer and extend what I like to call the point-of-no-return. Basically what the exercise does is it strengthens the pelvic floor muscles allowin you to better control and manipulate when you decide to ejaculate. This excercise is easy, and can be done when ever, where ever.
3 - Edging
Edging is the act of bringing yourself almost to the point-of-no-return and then allowing yourself to soften to the point of nonarousal, and repeating the process. This exercise serves two main functions. The first is to last longer and I can say from personal experience that this is probably the best method for training to last longer. It is very effective however it does take discipline and at times is extremely tempting to go over. The second is to shorten the refractory period, meaning you can have an erection sooner after an ejaculation. This is one of my (and ladies) personal favorites. Fewer things are sweeter then round two.
I didn't post exact instructions for each of the acts, mainly because they can be found a few clicks away at your favored search engine, and partially because the graphics are tedious. However, I know many men are not even aware of the fact that they can improve thier performance through exercises. I hope I have helped. Feedback is appreciated
