Mastering cowgirl position

OK for some reason I can't master being on top. I mean I can jump on my guy for a little while but then I get tired so he has to finish. How can I master this technique and "build my stamina"? Thank you<3

  • I've noticed that it's easier for me to be in cowgirl for a long time now that I've introduced squats to my life, haha. Also, my boyfriend and I often take turns during the work in cowgirl position. Like, when I get tired, I'll stay stationary about halfway onto his d*** and he'll thrust. Gives some of the muscles a break.

  • rock your hips gentle back and forth, don't go all the way inside him, part way and inside alternate between the two to last longer

  • Squats and lunges can be a girls best friend:)

    Wall sits are a food idea too

  • go to the gym and do squats...it will build your leg muscles...and hey, now you know how we feel when we do all the work :)

  • Try horseback riding. It builds strong legs and you have many sexual abilities
