I was talking about a similar topic with a friend, few days ago. I think it's impossible for women to understand how the male brain works and vice versa. Women are more comfortable with each other, they might change their clothes in front of each other or talk about some sexual things in detail, whereas most men can't really do that. I'm not criticizing, it's just the way we are made.

P.S : I know there are some exceptions. And, of course, homosexuals are excluded :).
