Im assuming you mean a muscle cramp. Find a bananna, est it before sex with a cup of water. If you can't get a bananna find a drink with a lot of potassium in it and drink it before hand. You are cramping because you aren't drinking enough water and the potasium helps prevent the cramps. Happy butt clenching without the pain lol

Hmmm that's interesting, I've never heard that before. My ass clenches together also... the muscle between the anus and vagina opening , but it isn't painful. Having an orgasm should feel good. Not hurt. I'd mention this to your doc.
