Well that's just stupid (him I mean). Like istavia2 asked is he a virgin? To have some sort of moral code like I won't have premarital sex with a virgin unless we get married, but I can boink any other girl that's had it is just rediculous.
If you want to have sex, just for sex and he doesn't want to do it, then find another boyfriend. It constantly amazes me how guys (and girls) will set these bizarre rules of conduct and people just go along with it.
If you love him and you want him to be the only one (even if that changes) then he should be willing to man up and do it (that even sounds stupid), because he cares for you.

you could play mind tricks with your boyfriend and tell him that your going out tonight and will come back not a virgin, and see if he'll want to have sex with you then
or you could just talk to him and tell him that your purity should be appealing because then he knows that you haven't been sleeping around so you must truly care about him
