I Got it because I was told guys love it and I was in a serious relationship so I thought why not he loved it for maybe a month and then was over it. I removed it immediatly after he noticed I hated it and it hurt to be ruff at all and he totally agreed it definitely wasn't worth it
I've been with girls who had piercings. They were really awesome... for about the first 10 minutes. After that, you realize that they can be annoying, and even potentially dangerous (they can get caught on the most unexpected things).
I prefer my girls to be factory stock; they don't need accessories.
My experience is it doesn't really affect sex except during the initial healing period when at first sex must be avoided, and later approached gently.
For me this does not do anything aesthetically. Vulvas are quite fine in their diverse natural form.

Personally, I think they look kind trashy. I wouldn't be very thrilled if I had a girl come home with that particular surprise.
