I had one Girlfriend like that and we used the hair removal cream on her cheeks together and it worked great. We took out time with it. As far as the crack, use warm baby oil (u can put the bottle of oil in a bowl of warm water for awhile) so it is soothing and WAY overly coat the crack. Having a guy help you and keeping an old towel under You helps. When the warm oil has softened every thing, use a really good shave cream, a jell or even an Aramis or other fancy cream. You can put a mirror on the floor of the bathroom, and hang onto the sink, and squat like peeing out side. You can easily reach every inch of your crack with a good razor.
