My girlfriend and I have been trying to get her to squirt but we haven't had any luck?

We have read plenty of books and have experiment a lot but no luck. She gets to the point where she gets a pain in her back when the pleasure gets to much for her and then she tells me to stop. if any of you women have any tips please let me know.

  • Theoretically all girls can squirt, but that doesn't mean all of them will discover their abilities. Your girlfriend may just not be able to.

Here are some things that help me squirt:

Drink lots of water. If your body is dehydrated, it won't spare any liquid for that purpose. Most people don't drink enough water; drink more than you think you need to. Also drink plenty of water after squirting to make up for the fluid loss.

Stimulate the clitoris AND the g-spot. Even though the g-spot is usually what causes squirting, the extra stimulation from touching or at least pressing against the clitoris can make all the difference.

Utilize gravity. I squirt a lot more if I'm on my hands and knees or standing up (leaning on something or draped over something) than I do if I'm lying on my back.

Also keep in mind that she may need to consciously relax her muscles or even push outward as though she is trying to pee.

    • P.S. Female ejaculate IS NOT PEE, but unlike with men it is possible for women to pee during orgasm or while trying to squirt, or even for some urine to mix with the ejaculate. If you want to ensure that this doesn't happen, have your girlfriend pee before sex.

  • For about three years I thought that I would never ORGASM... much less squirt. I don't think I knew how, or what I was trying to do. One day, I thought "f*** it guys watch it all the time, maybe I can figure out how girls get to orgasm", so I watched p*rn. I'm completely attracted to men (fyi.. so it doesn't have to do with that)..

I would suggest telling her to go to the bathroom and try to pee before you go at it together. Afterward, try inserting your middle and fourth finger and stimulating her g-spot. vigorously, up and down, not in and out. Tell her to relax. Maybe she is self conscious. I hear a lot of women are scared they're going to pee so they hold it in (which probably WOULD hurt lol). What's the worst that can happen? she pees on the bed, so what? She needs to feel comfortable before she can "squirt"..

    Watch some p*rn.

  • Find out if she's afraid that she might pee when she squirts. My fiancee was afraid of that at first, so for a while she wasn't able to squirt at all because she couldn't let herself go. I told her to just let herself go and if she ended up peeing all over me and the bed in the process, so be it. Once she was able to let herself go, squirting hasn't been a problem at all... While it does take a while for her to build up to it, she can and does squirt any time she wants to.

  • Be aware that not all girls can squirt. She may simply be unable.

    • I agree.
