If your penis didn't even go inside of her, the chances that she got pregnant are slim to none. Her period is probably just late for completely different reasons (like the stress you mentioned).
It sounds unlikely that anything you guys did was enough to get her pregnant. Not impossible though so.. give it some time and if her period doesn't end up coming at all, get her to take a pregnancy test 21 days after the intercourse that you're 'freaking out' about.
