I don't really feel comfortable calling her names like that. Should I tell her how I really feel or just do it?

You can tell her how you feel, but don't expect her to be happy about it.

She is asking you to do this because it will get her off.

You're basically saying that you'd rather not fulfill her sexually because you're a prude about using that language to her.

That's not going to make her think "Oh what a nice guy." It's going to make her think "Wow, sex with him goes all the way from vanilla to vanilla-lite"

Seriously guy, if she wants to be called a whore, man the f*** up and call her a whore.

It is always better to tell your partner how you really feel, as long as you do it respectfully. If you're not okay with it, let her know you aren't. I doubt she will get too worked up over you not being comfortable with that.

And I don't really see the appeal in it, either, lol. It just sounds degrading, honestly.

I think calling her that is a bad idea if it makes you uncomfortable. You might start to believe it if you say it enough even if it's not true. I'm sure there's some kind of compromise you can come to that you're more comfortable saying.
