My guy wants me to give him a hickey...

A) Is this weird at all? I always assumed that having to go to school/work the next day with a hickey to hide was sort of a bad/embarrassing thing...Not to mention it can kinda hurts when you get one sometimes...But apparently being bitten/sucked no to the point of getting a mark turns him on so I guess it's not that big of a deal...I'm just kinda curious if there are other guys out there who get off on this sort of thing. B) In the past I was always careful to try to not leave marks when I'm kissing/love biting someone. How can I intentionally give my guy a hickey without hurting him? He's told me he doubts that I will hurt him and if I do he will let me know but...I want to avoid hurting him if I can help it.
