Just relax. You're probably making yourself feel all of these symptoms because it is too early to be experiencing them. You will need to take a pregnancy test, but you need to make sure the results are accurate. You need to wait a week or two before you can take one accurately. In that time though you need to take a deep breath, keep breathing, and try to live your life as normal as possible. If you get yourself too worked up about pregnancy and keep experiencing pregnancy symptoms, you may put yourself through a hysterical pregnancy, where basically you trick your body into becoming pregnant, even creating a false positive.
As long as you stay calm and don't let it interfere with your daily life, you will know whether or not your pregnant for sure once you take the test.
Also, just so you know, based on your cycle and the day you had unprotected sex you have about a 20% chance of being pregnant.1 0 0 0You're not crazy...i recently been through the same thing...finding out I'm not pregnant...Sometimes you want something so bad it feels like you are or you get so scared that you are CONVINCED that you are pregnant. I've gotten all the symptoms of pregnancy finding out that I was just stressed out because I thought I was pregnant. Best thing to do is get a test if you can't wait it out and see if you get your period within the next couple of months.
1 0 0 0yeah I think you made yourself believe that you are pregnant that you noticed symptoms out of nowhere...i was like that too when I had my pregnancy scare...
but yeah wait til the day you supposed to get your period..and if they didn't come, buy the home pregnancy test
meanwhile just keep yourself busy to prevent you from thinking about it
good luck =)1 0 0 1

Alot of what you are feeling could be stress, or the placebo effect (you think you are pregnant, so your body acts like it is, or how you think it should act like it is). The only way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test which is the only sure way to tell, and quite frankly, a lot more reliable than intuition.
0 0 1 0Actually, a womans intuition has been proven correct more than not.
I just spent some time looking it up, there is no study that shows that women's intuition is very effective, and in fact, several that show it is not (eg, this study performed by Professor Wiseman at the University of Hertfordshire https://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/the-myth-of-female-intuition-exploded-by-fake-smile-test-484585.html ). And Hypothetically, even if intuition was correct more often then not, a pregnancy test is still a more reliable way of determining pregnancy.
Go to a 24 hour store and pick up a cheap home pregnancy test. It's the only way to confirm or deny your suspicions right away.
