My neighbor watches me.

I'm 24 years old. I bought the house I grew up in from my parents. I have a swimming pool and there is a privacy fence around my backyard. My neighbor can see into my backyard when he is in the upstairs of his house. I like to lay out by the pool in my bikini. Almost every time I'm out there I can see that he is watching me. He doesn't really try to hide it. He works out of his house so he is around a lot. Occasionally when I know he is watching, I'll take my bikini top off. I've known him for a long time he's married and in his mid 50's. When we see each other we say hi with big smiles and when we talk which isn't that often we never mention what's going on. The thing is this whole thing really turns me on. I like knowing that he is watching. Is it wrong that I allow it and enjoy it so much?

The problem is when a guy watching a girl 24 7 like a sneaky watch and you can't actually see him but you know he is there and he is looking at you all day especially at night, now that's a problem and weird.
