how many of you girls or women actually sleep naked.. i sleep naked everyday and i feel it helps me sleep better at night.. i just want to know what are your feelings on sleeping nakeed..

I can't. Frankly it's below zero half the year (canada) and having a bedroom in the basement it gets cold. Even in the summer I feel too bare. I like to be cozy and covered. I need blankets and long pants

  Southern Ontario, so really it could be worse but I also have terrible circulation so my hands may very well be cold when it's 20 degrees outside.

  No. I just find I can't. I've done it a couple times in the past and I woke up in the middle of the night to get dressed. I sleep through the whole night with pjs on

I do when i'm at my home, but when i'm at college i can't because i have roommate and i don't want them seeing me butt ass naked.

  No, i'm live with my mom and older sister when i'm not a college, so i don't care if they see me naked. But when i'm with my roommate i always turn around so they only thing she can see is my bare butt.
