do you have a gsa club or anything at your school? do you know any gay guys at your school? try to flirt with them. if you see a guy that you like but don't know if he's straight be very tactful as many straight guys can be violent towards gay/bi guys who hit on them even subtly. if you come out then guys might hear about it and be more attracted and willing to come out to you. you could start your own gsa. of course you might also get negative attention. you could go to a gay club or gay bar if you're just looking for a hookup but unlike europe for example, the u.s. has higher age requirements for getting into clubs and bars so it might be more difficult. you could go to your local lgbt center and see if they have any youth programs. that way you can meet more gay people and maybe eventually hook up with someone.
what state do you live in? certain areas have more gay clubs than others. I remember in high school my friends and I went to a lot of the hot local clubs when they had teen nights. search hot gay clubs in your area and email or look up their info to see if they have teen nights.
you could get a boyfriend or friend with benefits but I think you should be honest with your intentions if you're not looking for a relationship, and just looking for sex.
