In reality, Dwarfs have the same average 5 inch penis, or even bigger, up to 10 inches, or smaller than 5 inches, they're all the same as us tbh.

Dwarf are the exact same as us in terms of torso, and head height it's just their arms and legs that are shorter

You'd expect the same cause it's only height that's different, they still have the same width, head size etc.
