Despite what most men think (including myself), lots of men dont know about one of the most important parts of our body - the penis.

I'm glad you use the term 'male genital mutilation'. Because more often than not, a loss of sensation and pleasure is the end result. Foreskin cannot be grown back to it's original form, yes skin (political term) may be able to grow back but not the actual foreskin. The foreskin attatches to the glans/tip of the penis, it can't reconnect and re-attatch itself when the skin is disconnected.
