I don't have a problem with it. I guess it depends on if my partner is willing. Current partner has done it before (we don't use condoms) and has even gone down on me then. (he was really drunk though LOL) Previous partner we never did but wouldn't have had a problem with it. (we always used condoms)

With a tampon in, it is hidden (except for the string), blood doesn't show, and with the blood held back, the taste is normal, and the woman's sensations are often heightened there with the increased horniness. Nothing in the least disgusting or negative. When the woman is ready for orgasm, oral can continue or the tampon can come out and intercourse take place (don't forget the tampon is there or it can be hard to retrieve with the string pushed in). If not doing oral, shower is great.
