You are normal and perfectly fine. About 2/3 of women have "outies", so you are actually the norm, rather than the exception.
Do you know the reason why "innies" even became "popular"? It was a couple of things:
1. As p*rn became a big business in the 90s and got increasingly competitive, women started shaving their pubic hair to make the action more visible and to be increasingly attractive. Prior to that, the differences between innies and outies wasn't as visible, and was really a non-issue, but once shaving became normal, a second issue was triggered.
2. That issue was that "soft-core" "men's magazines" like Playboy and similar magazines that had nudes but not "spread shots" had censorship rules about what was considered "soft-core" and what wasn't. These rules, originally invented in the late 50s, stated that "exposed" genitals were hard core, but vulvas with "a single seam" were "less overtly sexual" and thus allowed under soft-core rules. Previously, pubic hair solved this problem, sometimes with the help of a bit of air-brushing if the hair wasn't enough to provide full coverage, but shaving removed that possibility.
Why did this matter? It's because soft-core mags could be sold on public newsstands, where these magazines made most of their money and did most of their circulation, while "hard core" mags had to be in sealed bags and could only be sold in "adult" shops, which meant much lower circulation and thus lower profits for the publisher.
At first, that meant that photographers had to keep vulvas covered up somehow, so creative angles were used to hide them behind legs or scarves or bed posts, but you can only use those tricks so many times before it becomes old and obvious. Neither could you just use women who were naturally innies, because again, that's only 1/3 of women.
Fortunately for publishers, technology had a solution in a new program called Photoshop. Magazine publishers quickly learned they could photoshop vulvas from their natural outie appearance into a look that would pass the censors, and so they did. The result was that virtually every woman in these magazines was then portrayed to be an innie. This didn't happen because men found innies more attractive, but because 40+ year old rules said it had to be that way.
Soon, women, who often didn't realize they were seeing altered imagines, panicked that their vulvas didn't look "attractive" like the girls in the magazines, and went to doctors for a solution. And surgeons quickly figured out they could make big money offering vaginal surgeries to "solve" this "problem." Except guys know what REAL women look like, and the are fine with the normal range of vulvas. We like you as you are, innie or outie.

link3 1 0 0If at any time in your life, you shove your vagina into a man's face as an invitation but he rejects your outtie lips, there's a problem. I'm almost willing to be my senior year's financial aid that a man will eat you out regardless of the shape and size of your vulva and surrounding muffin.
You haven't mentioned that you have had sex before, no need to confirm this. But I guarantee that if you gave me the green light, I'm going to eat you out until you can't walk for three days!
Oh do try us men, if not me...heheh.
Believe me, we don't care. All we really care about is the opportunity1 0 0 0

Most men will not complain at that because they just want to have something to penetrate.1 0 0 0As long as you are clean most guys don't mind, I don't mind an outtie as it gives me something to grip between my lips and suck on.
