As a guy and during my observations of RedHeads (which I am partial to and consisted of over 50% of my G. F.'s ) I have noticed a range gap of cup size that would be measured between Full B's and supple but Pouty C-cups. So in my uneducated opinion of your situation I would be inclined to think that RedHeads either have Noticeably large breasts or non attention grabbing (but still perfect) smaller A or B cups. For this discussion's lets assume I am mostly correct And that it is human nature to recall the notable mammaries (I mean memories) You may only be remembering less than half the sample group.
in short I think that more A and B-cup red heads are out there but draw much less attention by wearing a bra that pushes their Breasts up to their collar bones.
Generalizing. I've seen my fair share of red-headed coat hangers.

I think your generalizing. Are you sure that the girls have naturally have red hair? Because I don't know anyone with red hair and big breasts. Also, they might come from a family with big breasted women.
