Shemale? "A women with penis" ?

Question

Today i passed by a word called "Shemale" at first i didn't know what it meant so i had decided to look it up in google and i found " A woman with penis" i was in a great shock as soon as i had read these words. i was like how could a girl have a male genital and look like a normal girl? has a shemale had a surgery operation to have it or she was born like this? and if it was done by a surgery. why have they done this to their selves? i'm curious to know actually which gender they feel attracted to as they are a mix of both? and wouldshemaleproduce semen like other guys that might cause pregnancy if they had sex with a normal girl? 
i need someone who could answer all of these questions.. or only some of them and if there is a shemale here i''ll be pleased if you answered me.
Plot twist; since a girl could have a penis, there fore there might be a guy with a vagina?

Surgery it's complicated to have penis removed so most times everything else is done and that's left. And it's still a man so yes could get a girl pregnant.  No a women can't get a penis

Shemale is generally a derogatory word associated with transgendered people that were male assigned at birth but identify as a woman. It is usually only used to refer to pre-op or non-operative, as they continue to have a penis, but otherwise live and present as female.

there are in fact guys with vaginas, I'm pretty sure a shemale is someone who's a guy with surgically enhanced/ hormonal breasts. I don't know why they do it, they do produce semen and should therefore be able to get someone pregnant.

Shemale is a porn industry name for trans woman. They are born male, and are “transitioning” to female. Biologically/genetically they are still male. They may keep their penis, and get breast implants. Others may not even get the breast implants. Others will get breast implants AND bottom surgery (have penis turned into vagina). Frequently they will also get some facial surgery to look more feminine. Plenty of info on the internet if you really are interested.
