I believe to most guys they would find an innie hotter and more likely to give oral as ot isn't as hard as finding your way around down there, shaving or waxing should be done I think because too much hair can be a turnoff and I'm sure some girls can say the same about penises, I doubt guys would be turned off by it the idea that it makes you look like a girl is largely on the girl's part and guys don't care which way
