Should circumcision be mandatory in america?

Recently there is a drop of circumcision being done in america. Many cosmetic industries using foreskin in their products or tests are struggling. Do you think it should become mandatory so that the market don't fall completely?

No, men shouldn't be subject to, essentially, genital mutilation to help cosmetic industries.
Well it benefits both the industries and the men, I don't see it as bad.
