First of all, almost everything you've stated is either a misunderstanding or is outright wrong.
The vast majority of GUYS don't care at all about the size of your labia minora; we know that, like all other body parts, sizes and shapes vary, and variation is interesting and attractive to us. Of the small percentage who DO care, some of those guys don't like big labia, and some ONLY like big labia. You're concerned about what is probably less than 5% of guys. What other body parts are you prepared to chop off to please guys?
Another thing: most p*rn stars do NOT have small labia. P*rn stars have the same variation that the general population has.
BUT, one thing that might be confusing you and lots of other women is that many "soft core" magazines (Playboy and similar mags that are mostly about non-overtly-sexual nudity) are afraid of censorship, so they self-censor their pics, giving you the idea that all the models have "innies."
See, soft-core mags can be sold in far more places than hard-core mags, and in many places aren't required to be sealed up in a bag or wrapper, so their sales are much higher, and they make a lot of money. Hard-core mags have a lot more restrictions, including outright bans in many places, so their unit sales is much lower. The problem is that these censors, which are really just a handful of people advised by very small circles of (generally very conservative) people, have decided that prominant female genitalia (read: larger, exposed labia) is overtly sexual, while "innies" are not. This is ludicrous, of course, but censorship always is.
So, in order to stay safely in the "soft-core" category, magzines in the 50s-80s used to airbrush more pubic hair over their models so you couldn't see anything. Since the 90s, when women began shaving regularly, and they couldn't get away with that, they started airbrushing, and then Photoshopping, women to look like they all have innies. And that has led to an explosion of concern from women that there was something wrong with them when in fact, the only people with a problem are the idiot censors.

Plus, let's not dismiss the fact that plastic surgeons gleefully explain to women why they NEED labiaplasty, which they happily offer so they can drive their Porsches and get country club memberships paid for by female insecurities.
Don't fall for that crap! We like you just as you are! This surgery is dangerous and can have very bad consequences. You're literally talking about chopping off your genitalia! That's INSANE!
Labiaplasty is fine for the 0.2% of women who have a REAL (not cosmetic) problem. Beyond that, it is just exploitive and unnecessary.

It tracks the progress of a girl who undergoes the procedure. To me it was almost tragic because she'd been made to feel ashamed about the appearance of her vulva and when it came time for the surgery it turned out she had one of the prettiest pussies I've ever seen.
It's such a shame to me that women feel the need to alter their perfectly normal bodies due to negative thinking. Having a history of depression, I know what that's like. The most cynical explanation seems to be the most plausible. Anything more positive sounds too good to be true.
But the honest truth is that you're far more critical of your labia than any guy would be. There are guys out there (myself included) that love pussies in all their shapes and sizes and would help build your confidence by making you feel sexy. It's so sad that there are a few a**holes out there, though, that make you feel ugly and destroy your positive self-image, giving us all a bad name.
I would urge you not to get the surgery. Your vulva is perfectly normal, it doesn't need to be altered. Positive thinking would serve you much better (and it's much cheaper!). It may sound too good to be true that a guy would love your labia just the way they are but it's true. They're out there.
Please don't do that to yourself, you dint need to. Most guys don't care and others like having them on the outside.
Don't compare yourself to p*rn either, they have had platic surgery to look that way (and a lot more besides), that is not the norm.
I considered having it done because I thought they were ugly but as you get older you realize it doesn't matter and is 100% normal. I'm an outy and my guy loves them.

Anyways, if you're being serious, ultimately, it IS up to you. I'd only ever recommend it if it's causing you physical pain or discomfort, because your type if labia is normal.

No, the point is that we like both. Innies are no better or worse than outies. We like the women how they are, with only very rare exceptions.
