I can't really say whether or not you SHOULD be offended, but I would be. I love kissing after oral, because it's intimate and shows gratitude and caring. I would feel that the guy wasn't appreciative of what I'd just done, especially since I don't just hand out blowjobs to any guy. It's not even usually that they don't want to kiss you, it's that they don't want to get any little taste of themselves. That doesn't even seem logical to me. If you jizz in a girl's mouth, regardless of whether she spits or swallows, it's no longer IN her mouth by the time she goes in for a kiss. And saliva renews itself extremely quickly. There's nothing 'gay' about it if it's YOURS, and it's not like she's spitting it back in your mouth. This kind of reaction, to me, puts oral sex in a negative light. Like suggesting that it's dirty to taste yourself, and consequently, dirty for someone else to, but THEY are the one doing it, so they're the dirty one, hence 'oral sex is gross'. It's from your own body. Non-existent semen remnants are too gross to be anywhere near your mouth. But it's okay for US to suck it right out of you, and have it in -our- mouths. That kind of suggests that you don't think too highly of us. Like, 'I think this is nasty and gross, and while -I- am too good for it, I want and expect you to take it and enjoy it'. I think that's an incredibly unhealthy view of sexuality, and that's where the idea of oral sex being degrading came from. Now, I don't actually think oral sex is degrading at all personally, nor do I think I'm -expected- to do or enjoy anything. That's all in MY power. I don't think oral sex or semen are gross. But if I was with a guy whose reactions [i.e. refusing to kiss me after a blowjob] and views [i.e. reasons for refusing] suggested that to me, I WOULD feel degraded. Oral sex is only degrading if it's MADE to be degrading.
