So I've just started dating this girl and we kissed and hugged a few times, now she asked me lately if I was in the mood to take a bath with her, I was shy and I do'nt know what to do, any advice?

I think she's hinting at the idea of fooling around. If you're ready for that,do it. She doesn't sound like she's too shy about it, so try to not be shy either. It might help if you dim the lights in the bathroom or use candles for light. Hopefully that'll help you feel a little less exposed.
