I do this with my boyfriend too, whenever he is in town. He likes it a lot even if I come to bed with a bra on he'll take it off. He doesn't seem to not pay attention to them while making love so if your guy is like my guy it won't desensitize him. I believe when it comes to guys the more they get to see you naked the merrier. Boobs are both erotic and nurturing to guys and we are designed to be attracted to them. I say the answer is that he won't become desensitized. He just gets them more because can touch them at night.
