So what's the next step after kissing?

Basically I've been with this girl for almost two months and I really want to get things going. Just she REALLY has a massively low self esteem about herself and her body, and unfortunately has been taken advantage of many times before. She's still a virgin, and never had any oral sex, while all her friends have. I just want to move things forward while making sure she's comfortable and knows I want her and I'm not just using her. Tell her you respect her & she's much more to you than a sex object. It is hard to be a young girl & so many men have bad intentions. She probably just doesn't want to get hurt again. Tell her you'll be as patient as she needs but that you would like to go a little farther. Tell her she is worth the wait, she probably needs a self-esteem boost.
