Stretch marks and loose skin, turn off?

I used to be very overweight and have worked very hard to lose it all but unfortunately I've been left with lots of stretch marks on my arms, thighs, butt, boobs and hips and the worst of is some lose skin on my tummy that I don't think is gonna go away without some sort of surgical procedure which I am very scared of having done.I wanna know would this be a turn off for guys?

  • To be completely honest, the guy probably won't LOVE it, but the vast majority of guys won't be turned off by it, especially if you tell them up-front that you worked hard and lost weight, etc. like you said here. What WILL turn them off is if YOU freak out about it, and try to hide your body from him or only get naked in the dark or whatever. THAT will make him feel rejected, like you don't think he is good enough to see you, or that you don't trust him.

Sadly, at your age, you might run across a guy who is shallow and immature who makes a big deal about it. Be prepared for that, and to kick his ass to the curb if he does. There are a lot of shallow people out there, and especially during college-age, lots of guys are immature a-holes, though the signs of that should be pretty apparent long before you get them into bed.

More mature, experienced guys won't be phased by this. They'll know that no one, including themselves, is perfect, physically or otherwise, so they won't expect you to be Photoshop perfect in the first place.

    • Best answer. Totally agreed, to the point that I have nothing to add, and therefore no answer to post. (+1)

  • not even in the slightest, except for the loose skin part, if its not as loose as an old person skin then you wouldn't get a complaint from me.
