I'm sorry that you feel that way, (and I suspect your lover is as well!) but you really shouldn't feel that way. I love to make love to his balls, and everything else. They are a portion of his primary sexual organs. No one part is better / worse or proper / improper than any other part. How would you feel if he started to separate your labia and vulva into parts he accepted and parts he ain't touching? If you love him and if you enjoy having sex with him, then accept all of him. There is no behavior between consenting adults that is unacceptable. Having said that, if you still feel the way you do, you have every right to set whatever boundaries you choose and he has an obligation to respect them.

If you don't want to dit just because you think its slutty then there's not whole lot he, or even you, can do about that. If you feel degraded doing a certain activity then you shouldn't be a part of it. As you become even more comfortable with him over time you might change your mind, which is fine. Balls or rather testicles generate only one sensation, pain. I can not imagine some male wanting them to be sucked into a small tooth filled orifice.
