Yeah, he was going to come and he pulled his balls down to make it last longer which also leads to a much more intense orgasm. When a guy gets close to cumming his balls move up. You can think his penis as a gun and your sucking on it causing his balls to shift which is basically chambering a bullet so it's ready to fire. Pulling them down basically moves the chamber back a step so it'll take longer for him to blow.
