I see over and over in here questions about ways to increase both volume and mass in breasts and buttocks, especially with younger women and girls (supposedly 24 and under, you never know the correct age.) There are many misconceptions out there and I would like to try and reach out there with hopes that this mytake is able to inform those of you out there in question of what there is to do about both items: nothing. You cannot naturally make them bigger. Not in so called "supplements" that promise to help you achieve that.
You can only deal with what your body gives you as far as size is concerned naturally. There is no way to go about adding more mass to your buttocks by willful doing other than through rigorous excercise and toning. Mass can added to both through fat gain and storage, which I guarantee is the wrong way to go about trying to make your "booty bigger" in order to be more appealing to men. Let me elaborate a little further by body part. Keep in mind that you can only do what is given to you as you grow and develop.
Breasts
Breasts are 100% adipose tissue (fat) and can be added to when more space is made available, like through stretching during the growth process as the breast expands to allow room for excess storage for milk (which is also mainly fat, the only difference being that it's fortified with so many nutrients it's ridiculous) through pregnancy. It is completely nuts to comprehend how much larger breasts can grow in this process. As the breast expands, more room for fat storage is acquired. Also, because of the extra space, the body naturally uses is as a storage place for anything excess in the body, to best prepare extra nutrient storage during post-birthing years. It is very unusual if a woman is capable of recovering complete pre-pregnancy size, though this can be minimized (to a degree) by eating a low fat diet so that the body will reabsorb extra fat from them, however this isn't likely because of the loss of skin elasticity which can almost never be recovered (I'm not entirely positive about this, but it's like a serious mass (weight) loss in other parts of the body.) (Also, not to seem harsh, but the best possible example of this you can find is to compare pictures of sagging skin of someone who has had gastric bypass surgery and has developed serious fat loss, especially if it's lost quickly. The underside of the upper arm is an easy way to see how gravity pulls it down. It is more egregious in some people than others.) My cousin went from a 34c to a 36D with her pregnancy and they still sit approximately at that to this day.
Booty
Ah booty! The new mean and fad of desired expansion in a world of perceived that a "ghetto booty" (as using the term from one of the questions) is the desirable way to go. J. Lo. has the most wanted display of all of the booty-world. Here's the answer to that: again, you can only handle what was given to you at birth. As you develop through puberty, you may see particular areas of growth that are starting to give signs as to whether you may or may not carry a larger tukus than others; like wider hips and a larger/longer middle to lower abdomen (also hip growth) which will accomodate for a naturally larger bottom. However, most of the girls/young women here that are asking don't have that build. They often are a small to medium build that doesn't have a well accented set of hind quarters. To some, they may feel that they have a "flat ass" or an "unacceptable" ass (again, as stated in one of the questions) and they want to increase the size to be more attractive to men (I'm guessing because they feel that the physical features will appeal to guys and could lead to a less lonely lifestyle.) Here's the truth about enlargement: it CANNOT be done naturally. The only way to add sheer mass and size is through weight gain (that is, fat!) The hiney is also elastic, like breasts and allows for extra fat deposit rather easily. Want to wow the guys? Here's how.
You are only alotted so much muscle mass in every part of the body. So the secret to the whole thing? Exercise. You'll find that toning them in order to sculpt and strengthen them into a very desirable presentation. This will be very attractive to most men because it shows signs of health and stability. Now I'm not saying that this is true for all guys, but a healthy ass is most likely to be more apt to show that the build up of the glute muscles can give the same appearance as the pre-referenced "ghetto booty" and could give the same impression to any guy going down the street (ie. it's shows a sign of health rather than a larger, attention grabbing size.) Men and women look for a lot of the same qualities in a woman; and I, for one, know I very much appreciate a healthy woman's backside! :)
ONE FINAL NOTE about excercise! There are many, many ways to work your glutes (and yes, if you do too much at first/at once/too often, you WILL get sore and may do so naturally. Just make sure to WARM UP FIRST and that will prepare the muscles for toning and sculpting. The biggest thing I want to encourage you to be careful of are squats. This is also a very common question I see and to answer the question honestly, yes they work. However, I strongly caution to you to be careful not only how often you do them (don't go gung ho the first time you do them!) but about HOW you do them. Do plenty of research before you do them and gradually work them into your routine. Many sites tell you it's ok to use them everyday right at the beginning of your routine. Trust me, doing them wrong (again, use research and a lot of it!) or too often you put yourself at risk of tearing muscles, not only in your glutes but also in other places, such as your upper legs and doing damage to your lower back. No one needs that!
So here are some things for you to contemplate and hopefully understand. I am NOT a doctor but I am well versed in human biology and anatomy to a degree. I hope you find a way to better get what you want. Just know that anything you're given can be and is beautiful, even though you may not be happy with it.
