Have you tried condoms with anaesthetic? There are supposed to help abit, but you really need to be the dominant one, don't let him go on top, he'll just do what feels good for him and rush to the end. May be a medical issue, could just be him being a selfish lover.

A lot of guys have premature ejaculation, especially when they're young. I'm sure he is very aware of this, so it might not help his self-esteem to point it out.
