ok. so when my boyfriend and I have sex, I get extremely aroused. He always says "omg your so wet babe!" like several times. is this a turnoff? once we had to change condoms because it was soaked =/ lol

I understand entirely. It's a sign of some serious arousal and while it may be a turn on it theory, it can be a problem during sex. My boyfriend lost his virginity to me and lasted forty minutes because there's NO friction between us. Sex is frustrating when you are feeling nothing, even though he's thick and you're tight. He slips out a lot and it's really exhausting for both of us, and he can't stay completely hard the whole time which just adds to the frustration.

My suggestions: towel, tissues, fan, and be prepared to change positions (to share the exertion) A LOT.

I think it is pretty normal. I have the same thing going on, even when I am only masturbating. So you are not alone. And the guys I have been with have not made bad comments about it.

Sometimes I think that it can get really irritating, not only because it can be a bit embarrassing, but also because there is not as much friction.

Generally speaking guys love it when we are very wet. Makes things fit much easier and it is a very good indication that he has done a very good job of turning us on, which usually he has done.

To me it has been really hot to notice my girl is really soaking, but on the logistics side of things, it can be a minor thing: less friction (perhaps that's why you changed condoms that time?). If you know how to tighten/press your kegels during sex (if at least for a few seconds) then you can strike for a killing combo when you are so wet and he is about to cum, you tighten hard... it's so delicious (and only under "great lubrication" circumstances)
