Haven’t been with a whole lot of women so I can’t accurately gauge the differences due to the limited sample size I’ve experienced. A recent discussion has prompted this question. Several friends of mine where discussing how drastically different each girl they’ve been with has felt, and specified it to certain categories as listed above in the title question.

Some women have vaginas so large that they need a speculum nearly as big as your forearm in order to get a Pap smear
Color varies a lot due to the amount of phenomelanin in their body
some women have pink labia and others have brown or reddish or purplish labia. Sometimes the labia are the same colour as the woman’s skin, but often they are lighter or darker, just like the lips on your face
I have been with five different women and each of them were a different and unique experience in and of herself.
In addition to the variations above, all muscles are different in strength and range of movement. One of my partners felt very tight and actually her muscles were so strong that I was pushed out a few times between thrusts while another partner felt a little lose but her muscles had contributed to limiting my movement and pulling me in.

I have encountered tremendous variation in vaginal lips. Some had labia minora that were entirely internal and the external appearance was a simple slit. Others had big labia minora that protruded and were quite prominent.

I have encountered tremendous variations in women's ability to lubricate. I have been with a few women who were dripping wet as soon as I pulled their panties down. Others were still dry after 10 minutes of foreplay and always required KY or Astroglide. Yes, I agree. Women vary tremendously from each other and I never understood why some men claimed they didn’t or only varied slightly. Many people believe/argue that the number of sexual partners/childbirth/the physique of a woman - plays a part in their tightness, but it really dosen't and there are no concrete studies that prove this theory. Vaginas can be compared to as the human mouth; as much as you streach out the side of your mouth, once you let go, it snaps back. Or as I mentioned earlier, a balloon, blow it up, but if you let out all the air, it goes back to it's first state. Depending on the size of what goes in or the baby that comes out - that is what plays the part of the woman being "tight" (actually it's mainly because the woman isn't dilated enough but she pushes) to where one can hear about a vagina tearing during childbirth - OUCH.

Anyways... lol, from the categories you've listed, "wetness" from what I've leaned is what can differ greatly from woman to woman. Wetness can play an effect on texture and tightness, as we can imagine that a well lubicated vagina eases a penis in much better than a dry one. Wetness/dryness all depends on the arousal state/the menstrual cycle/whether or not they are on medications (eg. Contreceptives, hormonal therapy for those fighting through cancer), if one has a condition of painful sex like vaginismus and if they are going through menopause.

I don’t know Gracia, I’ve heard too many guys and girls say things about vaginas that point to them being very diverse in almost every way you can imagine. I think the texture can be felt if you weren’t wearing a condom, which is what some guys I’ve heard have said. Even the thickness and feeling of the lubrication each woman produces is slightly different from one another. Now, I agree that women definitely elongate and stretch more, but the #1 question, is: How much of a stretch is too much? Where does it become to cumbersome? The answer? Varies from woman to woman. So even the sensitivity and elongation from woman to woman is different. I think natural tightness is also different as well. Kegels isn’t going to make every girl feel the same. It might actually pronounce the differences maybe.

Haha to answer that #1 question of yours, note that I had mentioned every woman just like a man's genitalia varies in various categories and various things play a role as well. Gene, buddy, now that piece that you shared from another user discusses more so on outer apperance which I had stated in my first response that all vaginas vary in the way they LOOK exteriorly. However, from my experience from what I've learned the INNER part of a woman's vagina, like the categories you've mentioned and discussed with your friends - texture - ((vaginal rauge) is all present in woman as these fold are what expands to make way for a baby to pass during childbirth). Size is on average (just as men have a median size) is 3-4in when in dilated but is capable of expanding greatly - don't vary largely.

Wetness and tightness of the women you've been with all varied depending on their degree of their arousal state, what part of their cycle they were at when you had sex which plays a part in their lubrication thickness and amount and how they are dilated. Another thing to keep in mind is that foreplay is a huge deal in sex. If not much time was put into foreplay to lube and dilate a lady enough to accommodate a guy and his larger size, you can run into tightness or a drier vagina.

I think the taste is different from girl to girl just like every guy's cum taste different. As far as tightness goes, mine was much tighter when I was 15 to 18 years old. As I got older it became looser. That wasn't due to sex but I think more to gaining 15 pounds ( I now weigh 105lbs but in my teens I was 90lbs. As for texture, that varies but only within limited degrees. I mean, no two vaginas will have the exact same internal texture to the touch but you're not talking huge differences.
