Use plenty of lube (natural or artificial) and take your time, and all should be OK. Not to say it won't hurt some, but just go at a pace that is comfortable to you. You might want to start out with smaller phallic items, such as fingers, then work your way up. Any reason you won't consider a small vibrator or dildo?
