A lot of guys I've known freak out when something wakes them up from a deep sleep. I once tried to give a wake up BJ to an ex and he started randomly flailing his arms as if he was panicking about something when he awoke as I did it. He gave me a bloody lip and a black eye in the process before he came to his senses. People thought I was dating an abusive guy at the time.
My advice is DO NOT DO ANYTHING to try to wake your man up if he's a really deep sleeper. Things like what happened with my ex are fairly common with people who are really heavy/deep sleepers. Find out whether he's a light or heavy sleeper first!
The reason why you should not do this with deep sleepers is because being woken from a very deep sleep throws them into a state of panic and you could get hurt in the process.

I'd like a wake up bj but, if you wanted sex in the morning 'from me' you'd have to wait a while as I get really tired so can't move a lot
The only time I can think it would be a bad idea is if I didn't want to get up then. ie she did and I wanted to sleep in. I'd have to be pretty tired for that to be a bad thing rather than a "why couldn't you have waited another (insert time period here)" thing though.

I like the though of it, I'm usually horny in the morning anyway. The only thing I would say is don't make it a regular thing. I'd love it every once in a while, but it'd get old fast if it happened too often.
Nothing is *always* a good idea. Some guys despised being touch while they're sleeping, and sometimes a guy is overtired or sleep-deprived and just needs to sleep. Read the situation.
Wake up BJ's are great , but timing wise I rather have them on a morning that I don't have to work so that I can have time to have more fun on top.
