Yes... in time it can shrink... you won't go from let's say 6 inches to 3 inches... but you can lose up to an inch in like 5 years...
Read some studies cuz I smoked as well.. now I am smoke free for 9 months and counting...
I feel a lot better and there is always a boner when needed one...
When I was smoking it could happen lile one in 5 times to find it difficult to get a boner to have sex...
After I stopped smoking I didn't had any problems at all... best decision ever for me

The only cause of micropenis is genetics. ED is usually caused by alcohol, drugs, smoking, little to no exercise.
Anything that hinders blood flow will hinder your erection, can be food related, can be hormonal related. Many factors and causes.

ED can be cause by a lot, but basically anything negatively effecting your health can cause it. Smoking, drinking, overtraining, stress etc..

Well micropenis can have implications of a bitth defect or disease but I think mostly it's genetics. Erectile dysfunction & it's causes vary from the physical to psychological. A lot of the times it's low testosterone... alright maybe it is I never looked into it that deep. I have heard smoking can & can't do that, I'm not sure. I think not in the long term but when you smoke you constrict blood vessels & end up reducing it's ability to shape itself upon erection.
